Spraying without muscle power and without interruption

At the heart of the e-Profi 7 is the TLK 35 battery compressor, which replaces the manual hand pump and builds up pressure in seconds. The desired working pressure can be continuously adjusted from 0.5 to 3.5 bar, and an electronic control system keeps it constant.

The user can work for up to 200 minutes with a 2 Ah battery and a working pressure of 2 bar, applying up to 70 liters of liquid. The integrated, clearly visible LED display on the compressor provides information about the current pressure and the battery charge status at all times. The practical replacement batteries from the CAS family allow the use of different capacities from 2 to 10 Ah.

The further development is also evident in the comfort and ergonomics: the newly designed device base with optimized support surface ensures stability. The multifunctional additional ring on the upper part of the container has a holding device for the compressor and, in addition to the traditional horizontal spray tube storage in the compressor handle, also allows vertical storage of the spray lance.

The powerful battery compressor can be used not only for spraying applications, but also for foaming and powder application with the respective pressure storage devices. In line with sustainability principles, the manual pump can be replaced by the convenient compressor in the existing Birchmeier three-, five-, and seven-liter pressure storage devices.
